Home Affairs building expected to carry hefty price tag

The Department for Home Affairs' corporate headquarters is expected to reach a seven figure price tag.

The property, 'Homefield' on Woodbourne Road in Douglas is going up for sale - as the department makes a move to relocate its services and employees in June. 
 
It's moving to the former Water and Sewerage Authority building in Tromode. 
 
Minister Juan Watterson tells us he doesn't think Treasury will have a problem selling the estate:
