Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper wants to know what progress has been made on the matter.
He'll put his query to Infrastructure Minister, Ray Harmer, and will also ask if the Minister will make a statement on the subject.
The next sitting of the house takes place on Janaury 22 in Douglas at 10am.
