High winds and flooding on Island this morning are causing disruption.
A tree has been brought down at Braddan Bridge Road near the primary school with the DOI and Police looking to remove it and get the route open again by 7.30am.
Meanwhile, flooding has been reported on Tromode Road where a manhole cover has lifted on the pavement.
Furthermore, no newspapers have arrived this morning due to the sailing cancellations overnight.
A yellow weather warning for ice and wintry showers is in effect until 9am.
