Ronaldsway Met Office says flood defences in Douglas and Castletown will be needed tonight.
Forecasters have issued the week's second yellow weather warning about harbour flooding at high tide.
Tonight, the tide will be at its highest just after 1am, and the warning runs from midnight until 3am.
Worst-affected areas will be Douglas, Castletown and Ramsey.
