Manx Care says extremely high demand at Noble’s Emergency Department means long waiting times to see medical staff for minor complaints.
On Facebook, the organisation is advising people to go to the Ramsey Minor Injuries Unit or use the MEDS Service from 6pm.
Manx Care says if you need urgent help, you should continue to use the Emergency Department or dial 999.
Similar appeals were made at the start of December and earlier this month.
