TT ace Peter Hickman has thanked fans for sending a huge number of "get well soon" messages after his crash in practice week.
He came off at Kerrowmoar and broke his collarbone, shoulder blade, three ribs and four vertebrae.
In video posted to Facebook today, he says he doesn't remember the incident but thanked marshals and medics for looking after him.
He says while his team's still investigating what caused the incident, they think his exhaust my have come loose and popped a tyre.
