A top TT rider has shared an update on his recovery after undergoing surgery.
Peter Hickman took to Facebook to say his operation had gone as well as it could with the best possible outcome.
He says it would still be a while until he knows if everything is back to normal but adds everything is looking promising.
The Stoke-on-Trent rider who holds the all-time TT lap record, came off at the Kerrowmoar section of the Mountain Course in a qualifying session.
