The Douglas to Peel Heritage Trail has been closed due to a crash.
The road shut between its junction with Old Church and the lane that leads to Creg Y Whulliam from the A1 road in Greeba.
The Department of Infrastructure has banned vehicles from travelling in this area until further notice.
The road is due to reopen at 4.30pm tonight.
