New Apartments Proposal Put Forward
Heritage Homes has submitted an application for a large development of apartments and duplexes to be built off Lake Road in Douglas.
The development would see 88 properties comprising of apartments and duplexes aswell as four small commercial units.
The Quay West Development currently under construction
will boast 73 apartments once it’s completed in mid 2010.
