Changes to services for hearing aid patients at Noble's Hospital will offer a 'greatly improved' patient experience.
That's according to Head of Audiology, Dr Stephen Griffiths, after it was announced those needing their hearing aids repaired or adjusted at Noble's Hospital will have to book an individual slot to see the consultant from March 2.
Dr Griffiths says - with the current drop-in sessions - patients have sometimes had to be turned away because the clinic is full to capacity, adding booking appointments means a guaranteed slot for a consultation.
Bookings can be made on 650 407, via email to audiology.nobles@gov.im or by using the ‘contact us’ button on the Audiology Service Facebook page.
