The progress report on the review of the Island's healthcare system is important in considering future priorities.
That's according to Treasury Minister, MHK Alf Cannan, with an update on the 12-month independent review going before Tynwald this month.
Members moved to support the review in January last year in response to the Department of Health and Social Care repeatedly going over its budget.
The evaluation is being carried out by Sir Jonathan Michael - a former chief executive of three NHS trusts in the UK.
