The government is asking for more views from the public concerning health and wellbeing on Island.
Public Health IOM announced the Health & Lifestyle Survey - which was due to close on March 31 - will remain open for a few more days.
Officials have previously stated the aim of the survey is to guide future spending decisions on health initiatives and compare data with other jurisdictions.
Recently, Director of Public Health, Dr Henrietta Ewart, said the results will help officials set out 'relevant, achievable policy' - the survey can be found on the government website.
