New health passports are among changes planned to improve health services for people with learning disabilities.
Manx Care also wants to bring in quieter waiting rooms and a beeper system in A&E to help neurodivergent people.
It comes after a public consultation over summer, where 63 percent of respondents said they'd avoided seeking healthcare because of past experiences.
The health service says it wants to come up with alternative ways of booking GP appointments, something which the majority of people surveyed asked for.
