Public Health Isle of Man is issuing advice over MMR jabs after figures on measles cases were published this week.
Unicef revealed more than half a million children in the UK alone weren't vaccinated against measles between 2010 and 2017.
The Manx authority is asking anyone who has missed an MMR jab in the past or are unsure they've received the two doses to contact their GP.
Officials say the illness is 'unpleasant and highly contagious' resulting in blotchy skin rashes and a high fever, with potentially serious complications.
