The Health Minister will today give an update on the progress being made on an independent audit of Noble's Hospital.
David Anderson will report to his political colleagues in Tynwald.
It's a move welcomed by South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft who has been campaigning for the review since her election in 2011.
She also brought concerns over the hospital to the fore recently after publishing a letter from clinicians outlining their concerns over patient safety.
The situation at Noble's has been likened to that of the Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust - leading Mrs Beecroft to call for Minister Anderson's resignation.
