The Island's Health Minister says he won't comment on his conduct until he appears at the February sitting of Tynwald.
Yesterday a report into whether he knowingly misled his colleagues in the House of Keys over concerns at the hospital was published.
The Tynwald Standards and Members' Interests Committee found he did not.
David Anderson says he does have comments to make about the investigation but will reserve them until February 18th.
