 
                            Health Minister Claire Christian says there's still no date to give patients one unified medical record, despite safety risks in the way records are currently kept.
She faced a question for written response from Rushen MHK Juan Watterson about why addresses given to Manx Care aren't updated by the vaccination service.
In her response, she said there still wasn't a single health record in operation - despite recommendations from the Care Quality Commission, the Covid Review, Coroner of Inquests, Royal College and an independent Health and social Care Review.
But she added a business case submitted by Manx Care for money to integrate systems was still awaiting approval.
