The Island's Health Minister Claire Christian says her department takes a recent survey from doctors seriously - after 75 per cent said they wouldn't recommend working at Manx Care.
She faced questions about the British Medical Association Survey in Tynwald this week from Rushen MHK Juan Watterson.
He wanted to know what Manx Care and the Department of Health and Social Care were doing in the wake of the findings.
The minister said the results would be considered, along with action:
Two Sunday ferry sailings cancelled and two more at risk
Racers' leather company in liquidation
Two Saturday ferries cancelled, four rescheduled
Mountain Road partly reopens from this afternoon
