More than half of mistakes made by chemists dispensing drugs have been made in the North of the Island, it's been revealed.
Health and Social Care Minister David Ashford gave the figures in reply to a question for written answer in Tynwald this week.
Out of 211 errors in the past five years, 113 were made by pharmacies in the North.
Mr Ashford says chemists don't have to report mistakes, and the totals may not reflect the true level of dispensing errors.
