Health Minister Lawrie Hooper says he doesn't know of cronyism when it comes to recruiting staff at Manx Care.
In Tynwald this week, he faced questions about senior staff at the body, with a number of executive directors due to leave this year.
Garff MHK Andrew Smith asked if Mr Hooper knew of VIP recruitment routes in healthcare that bypassed normal procedures and relied on "who you know".
