The Island's Health Minister acknowledges there are concerns and areas that need to be addressed within Manx Care.
It comes as Lawrie Hooper responds to the health body's annual report, which will be discussed in the November sitting of Tynwald.
He notes the difficult financial position that continues to have an impact on the delivery of services.
However, Mr Hooper also highlights achievements such as the Winter Pressures plan, which signposted patients to the right medical pathways and reduced pressures at the hospital.
