Over reliance on paperwork at Noble's Hospital is a cause for concern - but it's a slow process to digitise the Health Service.
That's the message from Health and Social Care's chief executive - who says the aim is to coax staff onto a paperless system with target driven training.
Things like bloods are taken and recorded both on the Intranet - available to all staff - and on a paper-based structure, which takes time and resource to duplicate.
