Parents and carers are being warned about viruses circulating among children.
Public Health Isle of Man has reminded parents that viruses such as hand, foot and mouth disease can spread more easily during the autumn and winter months.
Parents are advised to help prevent infections from spreading by keeping children off school or nursery if they suspect they have symptoms of the illness.
