Someone's 'guilty conscience prevailed' as a stolen Peter Hickman banner has been returned to its rightful owners.
The banner was taken from the Duke TT Village at the grandstand last weekend, with Police posting on social media to appeal for information.
Officers had issued CCTV images of those involved.
Police now say 'after becoming quite the media sensation,' the banner has been returned in one piece.
