Plans to convert a former guest house in the south of the Island into flats have been recommended for refusal.
The planning committee is due to consider an application to turn Erin House on Athol Park in Port Erin into eight apartments.
When it sits on Monday, the committee will discuss the application.
A planning officer has recommended the proposal be blocked, saying it doesn't include enough affordable housing.
