A new case of a Coronavirus on Island will not affect the air bridge between the Isle of Man and Guernsey.
That’s according to Chief Minister, Howard Quayle MHK, wh’s hosted a press briefing this morning after a positive test for Coronavirus was confirmed last night.
The person in question had recently travelled back to the Island and has followed self-isolation guidelines since then and is not a case transmitted in the community.
The travel corridor between the two Islands has been in place since June as both jurisdictions have previously gone several months without any new cases of the virus.
The air bridge means residents of both can travel between each of the Islands without needing to self-isolate on arrival or on return.
