A historic waterwheel on Island has reopened after undergoing important restoration.
The refurbished Groudle Glen Waterwheel, nicknamed 'Little Isabella', was unveiled during a ceremony yesterday.
The works, which started last year, has seen the old wheelhouse demolished and rebuilt by a local company whilst the wheel itself was restored off-Island and was craned back into the Island beauty spot last month.
