The Great North Air Ambulance has responded to 36 incidents in the Isle of Man since partnering with Manx Care last year.
The services began working together in March 2022 as part of a trial to develop a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service, where seriously unwell people could receive swift transfer to the UK for treatment.
The helicopters carry doctors, blood transfusion capabilities and a critical care team.
The GNAAS appointed an on Island fundraising lead to ensure the valuable service can continue to serve the Island and develop their offering over the coming years.
