The Island's only off-road triathlon will return later this month.
Granite Mann in Cringle will take place on Sunday, September 23.
It involves swimming a 400-metre course at the reservoir; a 10-kilometre bike ride around the plantation and a five-kilometre run.
Entries must be registered by September 18.
