If you want to take part in the Island's only off-road triathlon, the closing date for entries is 14 September.
Granite Mann, sponsored by Browne Craine & Co, is taking place at Cringle on Sunday, September 19.
It involves a 400m swim in the reservoir followed by a 10km mountain bike ride and 5km run through the plantation.
You must be over 18 to enter and can do so on your own or as part of a team.
All entrants are encouraged to get sponsorship to raise money for the Children's Centre, who are hosting the event.
The closing date for applications is September 14- more information can be found on the Children's Centre website.
