A drunken row in a Ramsey pub has landed a grandmother with a £500 fine.
Donna Margaret Boyde of Bircham Avenue Close appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to using disorderly behaviour on licensed premises at the Mitre Hotel on West Quay in Ramsey on September 14.
The court heard police were called shortly before 9pm when an argument erupted and unemployed Boyde became abusive, she was arrested when she wouldn’t stop swearing and shouting.
Mrs Hughes fined her £500 and ordered her to pay £125 in costs in weekly installments of £10 deducted from her income support.
