Routine GP appointments won't be available for an afternoon next month.
Manx Care has confirmed people won't be able to see the GP on Tuesday, December 7 between 1pm and 6pm.
It's while doctors attend the latest education session - this one is focused on Adult safeguard - exploring areas such as domestic violence and sexual assault.
Anyone who needs to see a doctor urgently is asked to phone their surgery for an appointment with the on-call GP.
Practices will remain open during the afternoon for patients to collect test results, make future appointments and order repeat prescriptions as normal.
