Manx Care says routine GP appointments won't be available this Thursday afternoon.
Doctors are attending an education session which means surgeries won't be able to offer appointments as usual.
Anyone who needs to see a doctor urgently between 1pm to 6pm should call their surgery and ask to see the on-call GP.
Manx Care also says you'll still be able to collect test results, make future appointments and order repeat prescriptions.
