The government wants to hear from the public about the impact of illegal drugs and how the Island should respond to them.
Around 7,000 randomly selected households have been asked to complete a survey as part of a review of the harms caused by illicit drugs.
It comes following a Tynwald recommendation in December 2020.
The survey will gather views on drug use, how addiction is treated and alternative approaches to possession offences.
