Only those with Covid symptoms should call the Island's 111 service.
That's the advice from government as the centre is currently dealing with a 'high volume' of calls.
The families of pupils in Year 7 at St Ninian's Lower School, Years 3 and 4 at Ballasalla Primary School as well as teaching and support staff at Ballaslla School should continue to self-isolate and wait to be contacted by the COVID-111 service.
The team at 111 has apologised for any inconvenience and thanked the public for their patience.
