Government planning Grianagh Court refurb

Grianagh Court could be set for refurbishment with the government currently on the lookout for personnel to carry out the work.

The Department of Health and Social Care is aiming for the facility to provide accommodation for Child & Adolescent and Older Persons mental health services - adding once work is underway it hopes to be completed in around two and a half years.#

It's inviting expressions of interest for an Architect & Design Team Leader, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultant, Planning Supervisor and Quantity Surveyor.

Interest parties are being asked to submit applications to the government portal no later than Noon on Friday, April 12.
