Minister Without Portfolio Tim Crookall says he won't yet publish a list of properties the government plans to sell.
He faced a question for written answer from Onchan MHK Julie Edge about unwanted assets departments planned on selling.
In response, Mr Crookall said the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Health and Social Care plan to sell a total of three properties for £2.1 million this year.
He said a number of other properties are being reviewed, but it's too early to list the potential sales.
