Chief Minister Howard Quayle has unveiled new departmental memberships for MHKs and MLCs.
Today, he announced the new political lineups in government departments – including jobs for many of the new MHKs.
David Ashford MHK joins the cabinet office, while MHKs Daphne Caine, Rob Callister, Lawrie Hooper and Martyn Perkins join Tim Crookall MLC in Economic Development, and the Department of Education and Children gets Geoff Corkish MLC and MHKs Ann Corlett and Lawrie Hooper.
MHKs Tim Baker and Martyn Perkins join MLC David Cretney at Environment, Food and Agriculture, with MHKs Clare Bettison, Rob Callister, Ann Corlett, and Jason Moorhouse getting jobs at the Department of Health and Social Care.
In Home Affairs, Michael Coleman and Juan Turner from Legislative Council take up roles alongside MHKs Alex Allinson and Clare Bettison.
Meanwhile, MLC David Anderson and Tim Baker, Julie Edge and Jason Moorhouse from the House of Keys take over at the Department of Infrastructure.
At Treasury, Bill Henderson MLC keeps his job – joined by Keys members Ralph Peake and Bill Shimmins.
