The Welcome Centre says problems with government IT means a restricted service today.
On Facebook, it says computer problems means it can't take calls about the services it operates, including online services.
It says the public counter is continuing to operate as normal and staff can reply to emails.
The centre has apologised for any inconvenience and says it'll issue an update as soon as possible.
