A housing association could be created to manage social housing stock on the Island.
Five options are being considered, including an association purely for the Department of Infrastructure’s own property - something deemed the most ‘cost effective’ by consultancy firm DTP.
Other options include bringing local authorities together into regions and using a UK housing association ‘parent’.
