The government's paid out more than £2 million in golden goodbyes in the past five years.
The figures were given by Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas during this week's House of Keys sitting.
He faced questions from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse about government workers who'd been given payouts of £100,000 or more.
Mr Thomas said 20 such payments had been made since 2014, and although the government would review the payouts, it would wait to see what the UK decides to do first.
