The government says it doesn't track specific bullying figures in its workplaces - but it's dealt with almost 200 fairness at work cases since 2021.
A Freedom of Information request to the Cabinet Office asked for the outcomes of bullying cases within government in the last five years.
In its response, the office said out of 197 cases - which include a variety of human resources issues - four had been upheld.
Six employees either left or moved jobs, while 15 had been settled through meetings or mediation.
