Amnesty International Isle of Man has accused Tynwald of complicity in genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
Last week the court debated a motion calling for the Island to ask Britain to live up to its obligations under international law.
But the group says an amendment means the Isle of Man supports the UK helping Israel with its military offensive.
And it says the Manx government could be accountable in potential war crime investigations.
