The government registered a £30million revenue surplus for the last financial year.
That's according to figures in the unaudited accounts for the year ending in March, which is also known as the Light Blue Book.
Treasury Minister, Alf Cannan MHK, says it sends a 'clear message that government finances are in a strong position'.
The findings are due to go before Tynwald at its July sitting.
