'Good progress' is being made on the first section of the East Quay refurbishment scheme in Peel
That's according to the Department of Infrastructure, which has provided an update on social media.
The road is hoped to be re-opened to traffic to Weatherglass corner over the next few days, which means the next phase of the scheme can start.
Weatherglass Corner, the Harbourmaster's Office and the Quayside junction with Crown Street will then close to traffic by the end of this week.
