"Positive and amicable" - that's how a meeting between the Home Affairs Minister and Ramsey Town Commissioners has been described.
The two parties met on Friday to discuss Ramsey Courthouse which has been put up for sale on the open market.
The Department of Home Affairs says 'further consideration' will now be given to the matter before a recommendation is made to Treasury of how to dispose of the building.
Last week Bill Malarkey refused to answer questions on the building in the House of Keys - Chief Minister Howard Quayle agrees with that decision:
