Police are warning motorists to give horseriders enough room, after an incident on the roads yesterday.
Officers from the Roads Policing Unit spoke to a driver who got too close to an animal and ignored signals from the rider.
They say it's important to only overtake when safe and pay attention to riders, who know their horses' temperament.
And they're reminding people to leave enough room so as to avoid spooking animals.
