The Ginger Hall Hotel in Sulby has been voted the best pub on the Isle of Man following a month-long competition.
Outlier Distilling Company in Andreas recently ran an online 'world cup' through its Twitter account from January 23 to find the best drinking hole on Manx shores with thousands of votes being cast from people for their favourite venue.
After a close fought contest, Ginger Hall was proclaimed the Outlier Manx Cup of Pubs & Bars winner on Saturday following the final, narrowly pipping Quids Inn in Douglas which secured the 'best boozer in Douglas' title.
The two independent pubs had already navigated a field of more than 100 Manx pubs and bars, including the likes of The Woodbourne, The Creg-Ny-Baa, Foraging Vintners and The Thirsty Pigeon who had all made it through to the quarterfinals.
