There's good news for gas users as prices are set to drop from later this month.
The Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority has confirmed they'll fall by nearly 25% up until the end of this year.
Specifically - from November 14 - tarrifs will drop by 5.5p a unit - from 22.21p/unit to 16.67p/unit up until December 31.
It comes following the Authority recently reviewing tarrifs given the drop in the global price of gas.
CURA said 'due to recent price momvents on the wholesale gas commodity market, a reduction of tarrifs may be warranted'.
A full breakdown of tariffs will be published by Isle of Man Energy in due course.
