Garth Kimber steps down from top e-gaming job

Head of E-Gaming Development on the Isle of Man Garth Kimber will be stepping down from the top position and heading back into the private sector.

The move has been described as an amicable positive development by director of the business development agency, Tim Craine.

Under his watch the Island has seen e-gaming rise in prominence to the point that the Isle of Man is considered one of the most dynamic and reputable jurisdictions in the e-gaming industry.

It's seemingly seen consistent growth and currently employs around 400 people in the Island.

Speaking to 3FM on Tuesday, Mr Kimber said he was confident he'd achieved all he set out to in his current role (see audio).
